Responsibilities

Monitoring and support of the store WAN infrastructure 1100 stores domestic and international offices
Function as a Jr. Incident Manager in support of high priority incidents
Monitoring and support for store and corporate office network hardware Domestically and Internationally
Monitoring and support of core applications
Monitoring and support of the wireless network SAN and VOIP systems
Monitoring and incident management of AF Data Centers Labs Storage Facilities and Disaster Recovery Facilities

Cisco networkingJuniperWindows OSLinuxMVSNetwork operations centerTroubleshootingSupportMonitoring toolsNetwork connectivity

Required

4 Year degree in an IT related field
Experience with Windows OS
Familiarity with Linux based systems and hardware
Must be able to communicate effectively with highly technical associates and executives
Knowledge of mainframe operations MVS and/or Oracle Batch processes a plus
Experience troubleshooting Cisco and Juniper network equipment
Ability to navigate technical issues and evaluate risk
Ability to lead and direct the work of others

Preferred

Technical Services experience in Retail environment a plus
Retail environment background a huge plus!
