Just Got 2 Have It ! is seeking to hire a competent and efficient Data Entry Associate. The successful candidate will provide integral support to our team by being responsible for entering data into our digital systems.

Responsibilities

Perform and execute data entry operations with high levels of accuracy and speed

Validate and identify errors or inconsistencies in the data and correct them appropriately

Review, assess and update existing data in the company's database as required

Maintain digital filing systems and documentation of data entry activities

Comply with data integrity and confidentiality policies at all times

Collaborate with the management and provide periodic reports regarding the status of data entry processes

Work in line with company's defined procedures, standards and protocols for data entry tasks

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in data entry or similar role demonstrating expertise in speed and accuracy

Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a team, as well as independently, and deliver on deadlines

Knowledge of data confidentiality principles is crucial

Preferred

A degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage
