Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user experiences for creator-facing workflows
Use Figma and established design systems to deliver high-quality, consistent designs
Simplify complex, business-like tasks (e.g., sponsorship negotiations) for creators who are not experts in this area
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (UX researchers, PMs, engineers) to align on requirements and refine solutions
Represent design work in formal design reviews with core UX teams
Rapidly onboard, contribute effectively, and deliver within a short-term, high-impact engagement
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of UX design experience
Experience designing for major platforms where individuals (not just businesses) can create accounts and engage in commercial activities or monetization, including selling, renting, content creation, or services (e.g., Meta/Client, TikTok, Airbnb, Booking.com)
Proficiency in Figma and ability to work with established design systems
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process, not just final visuals
Experience designing non-consumer facing tools (enterprise, creator, or professional workflows)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
Experience working in large, complex organizations, navigating cross-team collaboration and design review processes
Strong user-centered design thinking, with a proven ability to simplify complex tasks
Excellent communication and presentation skills
