Responsibilities
Lead, Mentor, Train and be a Role Model for the Fixed Site Staff
Ensure staff provide Excellent Customer Service
Actively plans, prioritizes, sets goals, and establishes staff assignments and communicates shift expectations for staff
Responsible for all activities, supplies, and equipment required for a successful collection event and ensures events operate safely, smoothly, and efficiently
Review daily QC for accuracy and completion
Ensures staff follows all policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED
1 years' experience as a Phlebotomist is required
2 years' experience as a Team Lead in a healthcare setting is required
Ability to handle difficult situations and persons tactfully and professionally
Excellent ability to understand and use software relevant to the position
Ability to solve problems and make decisions, seeking guidance as necessary
Preferred
Medical Assistant Certification or Phlebotomy Certification is strongly preferred
