Responsibilities
Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content aligned with brand strategy and marketing goals
Execute social campaigns that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and key initiatives
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and campaigns across channels
Stay informed on emerging social media trends, platforms, and content best practices
Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and fostering audience relationships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience
Proven experience managing social media platforms for a business or brand
Strong writing, creative, and visual storytelling skills
Ability to develop original content ideas and execute them efficiently
Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and priorities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Expertise in Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred
Familiarity with video games and esports, particularly Golden Tee Golf
Understanding of the arcade and mobile gaming industries is a plus
Familiarity with creative tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and InDesign is a plus
