Responsibilities
Gather requirements and translate them into user stories/tasks
Perform O&M updates and implement new system enhancements
Test new features, fixes, and infrastructure updates
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and workflow guides
Support development in Java and full-stack components
Troubleshoot system performance issues
Manage AWS cloud assets (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)
Develop/maintain APIs, including ServiceNow integrations
Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies
Qualification
Required
Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required
Agile & DevOps practices (CI/CD, sprint planning, UAT)
Java & full-stack development
AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Data Pipeline, CloudWatch, SWF, KMS)
Linux administration
Scripting (Shell, PowerShell, Perl)
Visualization/reporting tools (Tableau, etc.)
DevOps tools: GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Confluence
Preferred
Networking knowledge
ServiceNow experience
AngularJS
Security & accreditation familiarity
Experience integrating apps via web services
