Employment Litigation Associate – Mid to Senior Level – Los Angeles or San Francisco
Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking to hire an employment associate to join its vibrant California and national employment law practice. The role focuses on employment litigation, including class action and PAGA matters, and requires a minimum of four years' experience in employment law.
Responsibilities
Focus on employment litigation, including class action and PAGA matters, and single-plaintiff matters
Qualification
Required
Minimum of four years' experience in employment litigation
Broad understanding of federal and California employment laws and regulations
Member or pending member of the California State Bar
Experience from large and established defense firms in California or a smaller firm handling sophisticated employment defense matters
Desire to build a comprehensive employment practice in a collegial environment
Commitment to client service and empathy for clients' and lawyers' work and personal pressures, business objectives, and legal needs
