Logistics Customer Service Representative

They are looking for a Logistics Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary liaison between customers and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate communication of customer requirements and timely processing of orders.

Responsibilities
Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests through phone, email, or other channels
Accurately process customer orders, ensuring correct routing, labeling, documentation (BOLs, invoices), and billing
Communicate clearly with customers and internal departments to ensure order accuracy and on-time completion
Track and follow up on orders, shipments, and delivery confirmations
Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively, escalating as needed to management
Maintain organized records of customer interactions, feedback, and service issues
Provide feedback to management on process improvements and recurring customer concerns
Verify and coordinate customer inventory status with warehouse staff
Perform and assist with adjustments as needed based on supervisor approval
Audit and monitor key inventory and service processes to ensure accuracy
Maintain reports related to shipping, receiving, billing, and service performance
Prepare and review billing files for accuracy and completeness
Generate and distribute shipping and receiving reports in Excel
Maintain up-to-date records for order processing, receipts, and billing activities
Collaborate closely with warehouse operations, transportation, and management teams to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned to meet customer or operational needs
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or 3PL environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with operations and customer-facing teams
Must be available to work and communicate effectively during U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours
Preferred
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or order management systems
