Director/ExecutiveCentinela Hospital Medical Center is seeking a board-certified OBGYN physician to serve as the Residency Program Director for its newly established OBGYN residency program. The role involves leading the development and implementation of the residency program, overseeing accreditation processes, and maintaining an active patient care role while also engaging in teaching and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities
50% Clinical | 50% Administrative & Teaching – Maintain an active patient care role while leading all aspects of residency program development
Residency Program Leadership – Establish and oversee ACGME accreditation processes, curriculum development, and faculty recruitment
Teaching & Faculty Development – Plan and provide didactic lecture schedule, provide bedside teaching, and mentor residents
Resident Recruitment & Evaluation – Develop and implement recruitment and interview process, assess resident performance, and provide feedback
Program Administration – Dedicate at least 80 hours per month to teaching, administrative duties, and program oversight
Qualification
Required
Board-certified OBGYN physician
Experience in residency program leadership
Ability to establish and oversee ACGME accreditation processes
Experience in curriculum development
Experience in faculty recruitment
Ability to plan and provide didactic lecture schedule
Ability to provide bedside teaching
Experience in mentoring residents
Ability to develop and implement recruitment and interview process
Ability to assess resident performance and provide feedback
Dedicate at least 80 hours per month to teaching, administrative duties, and program oversight
