SCADA/OMS Application Support Engineer (OSI Compass)
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a SCADA/OMS Application Support Engineer to maintain the Outage Management System mobile application and support the OSI Compass application. The role involves monitoring services, resolving support tickets, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities
Maintain the Outage Management System mobile application, monitor its services and Integration Performing routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades
Support OSI compass Application for L1 and L2 incidents
Resolution to support tickets within specified SLA Provide timely incident resolution Should be able to carry out Configuration changes, deploy the changes, deploy the bug fixes in coordination with product vendor Coordinate with business to fix the OSI Compass reported issues Coordination with GIS team and sort out Data issues Support minor enhancements using Open Calc in OSI Application Implement monitoring techniques for quick problem identification Interactions with other stakeholders and provide daily reports Ensuring systems and procedures adhere to industry standards and regulations, such as NERC for electric utilities
Ability to understand Business requirement and Business Requirements mapping to functional design Ability to validate alignment of Data, Integration and test requirements Strong Understanding of Network Topology requirements Troubleshooting system malfunctions and communication issues
Ensuring system reliability, security, and performance Ability to work in an Onshore Offshore global delivery model
Qualification
Required
4 to 7 years in SCADA Security
Ability to work directly on W2
