Responsibilities
Oversee quarterly CapEx Compliance and Diverse Spend reporting to ensure adherence with company policies and audit requirements
Lead monthly CapEx deep-dive reviews (QA/QC) and drive accuracy in forecasting and variance analysis
Support CapEx planning in coordination with Regional Leads and General Managers (GMs)
Maintain data accuracy and completeness within REDD systems (e.g., e-Builder, financial outlook trackers)
Drive data clean-up initiatives and implement process improvements for ongoing system reliability
Manage bi-monthly Value of Work Done (VOWD) collection, consolidation, and reporting
Oversee the Monthly Cost Review (MCR) process, ensuring standard templates and methodologies are used globally
Qualification
Required
8+ years in financial controls, project accounting, or CapEx project management (preferably in real estate, construction, or infrastructure domains)
Strong command of CapEx governance, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Experience with e-Builder, Oracle, SAP, or similar project cost management tools
Proven ability to perform QA/QC on financial data and maintain compliance with corporate reporting standards
Excellent Excel and data management skills (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards)
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
