Senior LevelSynchronic is building a smart scheduling platform designed to help busy teams find meeting times easily. They are seeking a Senior React Native Developer to help stabilize, refine, and ship their iOS and Android applications, working directly with the founding team on a live codebase.

Responsibilities
Own and improve the React Native codebase across Android and iOS
Debug, refactor, and optimize the existing Android implementation using React Native, Android Studio, and TypeScript
Prepare, test, and finalize the iOS build using Xcode
Establish and maintain testing practices using Jest and Detox
Collaborate on issue tracking, prioritization, and release planning through Jira
Support deployment and release workflows using Fastlane, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console
Review pull requests, guide best practices, and contribute to overall code quality
Implement and enforce secure coding standards including OAuth, encrypted data storage, and SSL/TLS
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with React Native in production environments
Solid understanding of both iOS and Android build systems
Experience writing and maintaining automated tests
Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and collaborative development workflows
Comfort working autonomously while collaborating with a small, fast-moving team
Implement and enforce secure coding standards including OAuth, encrypted data storage, and SSL/TLS
Preferred
Bonus: experience with authentication systems, security best practices, and performance optimization
