Office Administrator
Erickson Senior Living is one of the country’s largest and most respected providers of senior living and health care. The Office Administrator will support the Real Estate, Land Acquisition & Corporate Affairs teams by managing key processes and ensuring smooth operations across departments.

Responsibilities
Coordinate meetings, events, and projects for the Real Estate, Corporate Affairs and Land Acquisition teams
Manage vendor applications, invoices, and records
Coordinate the creation and management of promotional materials for the department
Schedule, plan, organize and set up department meetings, conferences, and plan travel
Serve as liaison with HR, IT, Procurement, and Facilities
Support onboarding, training, and process improvements
Handle travel planning, expense reporting, and office logistics
Qualification
Required
Minimum five years of office management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Visio, and SharePoint
Ability to prioritize and complete a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner
