Responsibilities
Adjust test equipment to meet Engineering specifications on lighting products and performs pretest procedure
Performs wiring and test procedures to insure product meets quality specifications and informs set‑up or department supervisor of any deviations in material or equipment
Inspects and attaches proper labels and stamps personal I.D. to data marker
Performs housekeeping duties as required or assigned
Must adhere to all departmental and plant safety rules
Performs rework as required or assigned
Assist other operations on line when need occurs and does some assembly operation at test position
Qualification
Required
Must be able to read and interpret wiring diagrams, specification book, engineering prints, operation sheets, and bills of materials
Assembles cartons/inserts from flat stock, packs finished units (frequently up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 30 lbs.), seals cartons, applies labels and places on skids
