Responsibilities

Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close activities

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP

Serve as a key point of contact for external customers or clients regarding financial matters, including billing inquiries, account reconciliations, and reporting needs

Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations

Support budgeting and forecasting processes with financial analysis and reporting

Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial decision-making

Research and resolve accounting issues and discrepancies

Participate in system implementations and process improvement initiatives
