Responsibilities
Support global procurement tools: Assist with the management and optimization of platforms like Ariba and other e-tools used across our organization
Contribute to special projects: Help with AI-related initiatives and digital transformation efforts that improve how we manage suppliers and spend
Assist with task automation: Support light automation and documentation tasks to streamline procurement operations
Collaborate across teams: Work with Global Procurement, IT, and Analytics teams to ensure tools and processes are aligned and effective
Learn and grow: Gain exposure to managerial leaders, procurement systems, and global business practices
Qualification
Required
Progress toward a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Systems, IT or a related field
Interest in procurement, digital tools, or business operations
Strong communication skills and attention to detail is recommended
Preferred
Comfortable working in English & Spanish is a Plus
Experience with SAP, Ariba, or other procurement platforms is a plus
Experience with Excel, Power Bi, Power Automate or other e-tools
Interest in AI, digital transformation, or process improvement
