Responsibilities

Seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for cross-functional teams using Scrum and Kanban
The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, ensure high-quality delivery outcomes, and facilitate collaboration across engineering, product, and business stakeholders

Required

5–8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead, with hands-on Scrum and Kanban facilitation
Strong command of MS Office: Excel: pivot tables, formulas, charts, dashboards for metrics and reporting
PowerPoint: executive-ready presentations
Word/Outlook: documentation and stakeholder communication
Oracle SQL: ability to write and execute queries for data validation, analysis, and issue triage (SELECT, JOINs, GROUP BY, WHERE, basic performance awareness)
Proven experience in coaching teams, resolving impediments, and improving Agile maturity
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills; strong stakeholder management across business and technology

Preferred

Experience with Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM tools (workflow configuration, dashboards, reporting)
Exposure to banking/financial services or enterprise-scale programs
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation concepts
Knowledge of Kanban analytics (cumulative flow diagrams, WIP limits, cycle-time optimization)
