Responsibilities

Lead and execute Infrastructure and Cloud Discovery initiatives using Service Graph Connectors, APIs, ACC, and Horizontal Discovery

Design, implement, and maintain a scalable CMDB aligned with CSDM best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data modeling and service mapping

Drive integration efforts between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems

Support the broader ServiceNow implementation roadmap across the organization

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Document processes, configurations, and architectural decisions

Ability to work with large datasets and complex IT environments
