Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
Work closely with engineering and product teams to provide technical support and ensure seamless implementation of solutions
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitors to identify new opportunities and areas for growth
Train and mentor junior sales representatives and technical sales teams
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering. A master's degree or an additional business degree is a plus
Proven experience (5+ years) in technical sales, business development, or account management
Strong technical knowledge in the optical connectivity market
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand complex technical products and explain them in a clear and concise manner
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred

Experience in Optical Transceiver products
Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
