Responsibilities

The Engineer will configure contact flows and build reports in AWS Connect, and will also integrate AWS Connect IVR with platforms using APIs and AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc.)

Qualification

Required

AWS certification is a plus
Experience with: Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, AWS pinpoint or End User Message & Amazon Dynamo DB

Preferred

Service design with developer background and quick learning ability
Experience with AWS customer engagement tools (Connect, Lex, etc.)
Hands-on experience with multiple AWS services, including at least two AI services
Strong scripting skills and ability to implement AWS environments as code
Automation-focused mindset
