Responsibilities
Coordinate with offshore teams to clarify requirements and ensure successful project delivery
Review and approve key project artifacts such as design documents, test plans, and test results
Collaborate with onsite client stakeholders and internal managers on development activities
Support QA teams by resolving queries and validating deployments
Assist with regression testing and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Proven experience working in AS400 environments, including RPGLE, RPG, CLLE, Synon, RxClaim, and COBOL
Strong understanding of onsite-offshore delivery models
Experience in reviewing and validating technical documentation
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred
Prior experience in healthcare or pharmacy systems (RxClaim)
Familiarity with deployment validation and regression testing processes
Experience working in a client-facing technical lead role
Ability to mentor offshore teams and ensure adherence to quality standards
Exposure to legacy modernization projects involving AS400 systems
