Mid LevelUnknown Nations is a Christian ministry dedicated to reaching unreached populations with the Gospel. As a Treasure Production Manager, you will oversee the treasure ministry process, manage volunteers, coordinate international operations, and ensure production efficiency.

Responsibilities
Manage goals, allotments, schedules, and reports
Host weekly Treasure Connect meetings to present on progress, update the team and address questions
Work closely with International Coordinator and Accounting to fulfill fiscal year priorities and goals
Organize and schedule Treasure Team staff and volunteers for treasure labeling, loading, and shipping tasks
Coordinate with partners and customers regarding allotments, orders, and requests, aligning production processes with goals
Manage inventory, orders, and tech support for international loading centers, resolving production issues as they arise
Keep project management system (e.g., Monday.com) up to date while implementing process improvements and providing necessary training to others
Format, load, and label treasure materials as needed
Research and gather feedback on technology resources, working closely with IT, manufacturers, and the Unknown Nations team to optimize the use of equipment
Coordinate international shipments with recipients, shipping vendors, and customer service
Troubleshoot issues that may arise
Maintain and improve the library for storing recordings by languages and partners
Qualification
Required
Experience in project coordination or management
Excellent organizational and communication skills, interest in cross cultural communication
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient with computer and software programs/applications (examples: Monday.com, UPS, USPS, Adobe, Sabercopy, Microsoft, and Google Suite)
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Must be capable of lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs
Must have a personal commitment to the mission and values of Unknown Nations
Preferred
Experience working with volunteers and managing teams is a plus
