Developing, maintaining, monitoring and supervising the staff and service delivery of the program
Ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures of NCYF and contracting sources
Facilitating staff meetings and regular trainings
Approving treatment plans and termination summaries
Overseeing the complete client intakes
Providing clinical support and crisis intervention as needed
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in human services/social services is required
At least 3 years of experience working with youth with emotional and behavioral difficulties
Approved CORI, DCF, and driving background checks
Valid driver's license
Preferred
At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
