Design and implement a comprehensive global Control Room program to meet regulatory requirements
Build strong partnerships with business units, global surveillance, corporate investment banking, global markets, and compliance teams to align technology solutions with their needs
Define and execute technology strategies that support broader organizational objectives
Collaborate with vendors (e.g., Behavox, Smarsh, Theta Lake) to integrate innovative, best-in-class solutions
Provide overall technology leadership, setting direction and vision for delivery teams
Lead and mentor a team of developers, architects, engineers, and QA professionals, offering technical guidance and support
Ensure compliance with technical standards, security protocols, and industry best practices
Coordinate with cross-functional technology teams to ensure seamless integration across platforms and systems
Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and recommend adoption where appropriate
Champion continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, proactively managing risks and issues
Stay informed on regulatory changes, market developments, and trends impacting compliance technology
Lead data strategy initiatives, focusing on data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance
Promote agile methodologies and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
Qualification
