Regional Sales Manager - New York, NY

Responsibilities
Drive regional sales results through hands-on field leadership and team accountability
Participate in all aspects of the sales process: prospecting, approvals, pricing/negotiation, and post-sale implementation
Conduct QBRs, deliver performance improvement plans, and model consultative selling methodologies
Monitor sales pipeline for healthy volume, mix, and prioritization of accounts
Assist Business Consultants to identify, recruit, and manage channel partners to expand market reach
Collaborate with Business Consultants to develop joint business plans with partners
Support partner-driven deals by assisting in negotiations and ensuring smooth implementation
Track partner performance and provide feedback to optimize referral and co-selling opportunities
Hire, train, and develop Business Consultants as needed for regional growth
Set and audit weekly goals, review calendars, and establish time management best practices
Provide coaching and counseling to improve individual and team performance
Represent and support corporate initiatives with a positive attitude
Analyze regional trends to identify new partnership and market opportunities
Implement strategies to achieve targets set by management
Travel required
Ad hoc projects and other duties assigned

Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of business/economic environment and channel sales strategies
Ability to lead, motivate, and achieve results through direct reports and partners
Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills
Ability to forecast pipeline projections accurately and analyze partner performance
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and marketing
Preferred
Channel partner experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
