Responsibilities
Pre-Sales: Collaborate with customers to determine the best integration approach
Post-Sales: Meet deadlines for solution delivery in partnership with Implementation Managers and other stakeholders
Design, build, and deploy applications using Cresta SDKs, libraries, and APIs, integrated with contact center chat or voice platforms
Test deployed applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement bug fixes
Provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Blend of sales enthusiasm, technical confidence, and precise execution
Experience with Contact Center/Customer Experience platforms (AWS Connect, Genesys, Five9, etc.)
Proficiency with APIs, SDKs, AWS, Git, and hands-on coding in Go, Python, and JavaScript
Ability to think big but deliver simple, impactful solutions
Strong organizational skills to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Consultative approach to problem-solving and ability to build strong relationships with technical stakeholders
