10–15 years of overall experience, combining solution architecture and hands-on delivery
Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to lead technical conversations, manage expectations, and handle escalations calmly
Hands-on technologist capable of designing, reviewing, and, when required, building/debugging components, not limited to high-level guidance
Proficient in Data Solutions, with practical, hands-on experience in Databricks including Lakehouse architecture, ETL pipelines, analytics, and AI workloads
Strong hands-on experience with PySpark and Python for large-scale data processing and transformation
Experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures
