Responsibilities
Lead Business Transformation Initiatives: Drive strategic realignment and modernization projects across wealth management platforms, enhancing advisor-client workflows and digital client experiences
Data Integration: Manage the synchronization of data between key performance platforms (Addepar, Tamarac) and the client/account master repository to ensure a seamless, accurate, and consistent data ecosystem
3rd-Party Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison for critical vendor relationships (iCapital, Proformex, FIDx, custodians, retirement providers), overseeing integrations, performance, and value delivery
Portal & Platform Enhancements: Oversee enhancements to Advisor and Client portals, ensuring smooth integration of new data sources and features that directly improve client and advisor usability
Bridge Business & Technology: Partner with senior stakeholders and technical teams to define scope, resolve issues, and drive decisions that optimize outcomes
Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements that streamline delivery, reduce risk, and improve speed to market
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in business transformation
Experience with complex 3rd-party system integrations
Ability to function as an implementation partner
Experience in driving large-scale change across wealth management platforms
Experience in integrating critical vendor solutions
Ability to deliver measurable business impact
Extensive Wealth Management experience, with a focus on performance reporting, client/account data platforms, and platform modernization
Demonstrated success managing complex 3rd-party integrations in financial services
Strong vendor relationship management skills
Ability to influence, negotiate, and ensure accountability
Experience in business transformation programs, ideally with private markets or alternative investment offerings
Ability to operate with executive presence, influencing both technology and business leadership
