They are seeking a Sales Executive for the North American market to identify new business opportunities, nurture leads, and drive revenue growth while establishing the company's presence in the region.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough market research to identify key trends, competitors, and opportunities in the North American fashion retail space
Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for launching our SaaS solution in the market
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads
Engage in consultative selling to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions
Deliver compelling demos and presentations to C-level stakeholders
Negotiate and close contracts, meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets
Work closely with marketing to localize campaigns and generate regional awareness
Collaborate with product and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success
Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development and roadmap decisions

Required

3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in ERP, POS, or retail tech
Proven success in entering and developing new markets. North America experience is a must
Fluent in English
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong business acumen
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events

Preferred

Strong network in the fashion or lifestyle retail industry is highly desirable
Knowledge of German is a plus
