Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales prospecting and scheduling qualified meetings with colleges and universities in international markets where French, Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian are spoken
Communicate product value clearly and professionally in English and at least one of the following languages: French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian
Identify and qualify prospective institutional customers through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
Research regional higher education systems, decision-makers, and buying cycles
Carry out full cycle sales activities including conducting product demonstrations, lead follow-up communication, and closing deals as needed
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM
Travel to conferences and events to represent the brand and engage with prospects
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging for international audiences
Stay informed on trends in higher education and AI adoption globally

Required

Bachelor's degree and 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or a related role
Native-level fluency and strong written and verbal communication skills in English at least one of the following languages: French, Portuguese, Spanish or Italian
Superior relationship and time management skills
Confidence with outbound prospecting and relationship-building
Interest in AI, technology, and higher education
Ability to work independently and support outreach across multiple international markets

Preferred

Experience working in or with colleges and universities
Exposure to international or multicultural sales environments
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce)
