Direct month-end financial close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Develop and manage the organization’s budgeting and forecasting activities
Create detailed financial models to support business planning and decision-making
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Oversee corporate financial planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Utilize tools like Adaptive Insights to streamline and enhance financial operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations
Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for senior leadership
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Lead initiatives to optimize financial processes and systems
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
Proficiency in using tools such as Adaptive Insights for financial operations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Demonstrated expertise in corporate financial planning and strategy
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
Exceptional communication skills for working with internal teams and leadership
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Advanced degree or certification preferred
