Business Development Manager
LST Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development/Sales Manager to lead their efforts in the defense sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, building relationships with key decision-makers, and capturing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to capture new business opportunities in the defense sector
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies, prime contractors, and industry partners
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including RFPs, RFIs, and unsolicited proposals
Collaborate with engineering, program management, and operations teams to ensure successful proposal development and project execution
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development efforts
Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of driving growth
Building relationships with key decision-makers
Capturing new business opportunities
