Family of Kidz is a dedicated organization that supports children with special needs. They are seeking a Behavior Technician to work collaboratively with clinical supervisors and support clients' needs while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with a Behavior Consultant clinical supervisor to collect data

Respond to the goals, needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors, on an individualized basis and in a professional manner

Goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work

Maintain the confidentiality of information regarding clients and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations

Qualification

ABA experiencePsychology educationBilingualEmpathyCommunicationTime managementCritical thinking

Required

Minimum of 6 months ABA working with children or adolescents with Autism in a supervised setting

Successful completion of or current enrollment in an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field

Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind

Passionate to work with children, adolescents, families and therapists
