Responsibilities

Lead the monthly forecasting process, including variance analysis and performance reporting
Develop, refine, and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis
Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that guide operational and strategic decisions
Prepare executive-level dashboards, presentations, and commentary on business performance
Support the annual budgeting process and long-range planning activities
Analyze trends, KPIs, and key business drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement levers
Enhance and streamline FP&A processes, reporting tools, and data automation initiatives
Assist with ad hoc analysis, M&A modeling, capital investment evaluations, and business cases as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus
4–7 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
Strong financial modeling skills (Excel, forecasting tools, scenario analysis)
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and support senior leadership
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Proficient with a common data visualization tool for reporting, such as Tableau or Power BI
Proficient with financial systems (SAP, Oracle and NetSuite)
