VP of Sales
KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING is seeking a Vice President of Sales for the SWFL Market. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, building relationships with clients, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities
Evaluate designated markets and develop a strategic sales approach to target Associations that best fit the KWPMC management profile
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies
Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and key accounts
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions
Drive revenue growth through new client acquisitions
Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular performance reports to the executive team
Ensure pricing strategies are competitive and align with market conditions
Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and lead-generation strategies
Partner with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and delivery of services
Collaborate with finance to develop budgets and track sales performance
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Serve as a thought leader and advocate for the company within the association management industry
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the association management, property management, or service-oriented industries
Strong understanding of the association management business model and client needs
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
Must have a valid Florida driver's license
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to travel as needed
Demonstrated success in growing revenue and market share in a B2B environment
Experience working within or selling to the association management, property management, or hospitality industries
Hands-on experience in client retention strategies and consultative selling
History of managing large accounts and high-value contracts
