AAA The Auto Club Group is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team. The role involves gathering requirements, configuring, maintaining, and supporting Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and Salesforce functionality
Gather, refine and drive requirements
Building business stakeholder relationship
Uncovering needs through flow diagrams
Facilitate requirements working sessions
Relaying and clarifying requirements for the development and testing teams
Prepare and/or review test cases
Provide Training for pre and post deployment
Maintain a healthy refined backlog
Participate in Agile Ceremonies

Required

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
2+ years experience in Salesforce as an Administrator or Business Analyst
Knowledge of Sales and Service processes in Salesforce
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment
Understanding and Agile mindset

Preferred

Certified as Salesforce Administrator preferred
