Essintial Enterprise Solutions is seeking an Associate Configuration Technician to contribute to their Depot Services offering, specifically in-house technical services. The role involves developing familiarity with EES customers and systems, performing configurations, repairs, and support for various technology equipment.

Responsibilities

Evaluate customer needs based on work orders to determine necessary software packages, device configurations, and any additional customizations

Identify hardware and software issues, as well as replace physical components for devices and/or peripherals

Assist with tasks such as asset tagging, work order triaging, quality control, inbounding assets into work order system, packaging finished goods, and order entry while providing support for configurations and repairs as needed
