Responsibilities
Build and execute research and sourcing strategies for Director-level searches across all non-technical functions, including mapping talent markets and identifying high-impact prospects
Partner with Leadership Recruiters and business leaders to develop calibrated job and candidate profiles, ensuring alignment on role requirements and ideal skill sets
Deliver consistent, high-quality, and diverse leadership pipelines that meet the evolving needs of DoorDash’s non-tech organizations
Cultivate long-term relationships with external senior leaders, maintaining ongoing engagement to strengthen DoorDash’s future leadership bench
Use data, insights, and structured reporting to drive search strategy, inform stakeholder decisions, and recommend continuous improvements to sourcing processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sourcing and candidate development experience, including experience supporting leadership or senior-level hiring across non-technical functions (e.g., G&A, Sales, Strategy & Operations, Finance, HR, Legal)
Deep expertise in talent research, market mapping, and candidate identification, leveraging data to inform sourcing strategy and stakeholder decisions
A track record of building strong working relationships with recruiting partners and business leaders in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Ability to cultivate diverse pipelines and develop long-term relationships with leadership candidates and external organizations
Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating with autonomy while navigating complex, ambiguous searches
