GenAI Change Manager | Generative AI Change Management Lead
MDA Edge is seeking a Change Manager to support transformation efforts in the Global Technology Management Office. This role focuses on driving the adoption of Generative AI solutions, delivering change management plans, and implementing digital learning strategies to support AI-driven transformation.
Human Resources
Responsibilities
Deliver change management plans and support AI adoption across teams
Develop and activate training plans and materials to drive awareness and minimize disruption
Conduct training sessions and coordinate across business groups to accelerate GenAI adoption
Partner with program managers, product managers, and cross-functional teams
Create communication plans and materials to engage stakeholders and support adoption
Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating digital learning programs
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in process improvement, change management, and technology adoption
Proven experience in driving the use of AI in the workplace
Strong background in developing and implementing digital learning strategies
Experience with training delivery, scheduling sessions, and coordinating adoption efforts
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot
Experience with Articulate 360 or other e-learning tools
Experience leveraging data analytics and AI tools for personalized learning
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent: Master's + 4 yrs, PhD/Law + 3 yrs, Associate's + 6 yrs, High School + 7 yrs)
