Responsibilities
Define Visa’s position on Agentic Commerce standards and interoperability
Represent Visa in standards bodies and industry workgroups
Align standardization efforts with product vision and business objectives
Prioritize initiatives based on market trends and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure standards adoption
Lead stakeholder communications and workshops on standardization topics
Ensure standards meet security and regulatory requirements globally
Track progress of standardization initiatives and report on industry developments
Qualification
Required
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
6+ years in product management or standards development in payments/fintech
Deep understanding of payment technologies, tokenization, and API ecosystems
Experience engaging with standards bodies and regulatory frameworks
Strong leadership and communication skills
