Responsibilities
Design and implement process control and safety instrumented systems (SIS) for new and existing facilities
Configure and commission DCS systems (mainly Emerson DeltaV and Honeywell)
Program PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and occasionally Schneider Electric)
Support FATs, SATs, and site commissioning
Qualification
Required
7+ years in industrial control or automation engineering
Hands-on experience with DeltaV, Honeywell PKS, and at least one major PLC platform
Exposure to SIS lifecycle (design, SIL verification, testing)
Ability to interpret P&IDs, control narratives, and loop drawings
Degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Control Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience)
