Responsibilities
Manage full development lifecycle—from requirements gathering to deployment—ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas for performance and scalability
Analyze system performance and implement strategies for efficient data storage and retrieval
Use Pandas and Spark for data transformation, analysis, and manipulation
Build and maintain robust Python applications and automation scripts
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other tools to streamline build, test, and deployment processes
Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture
Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation for all development efforts
Qualification
Required
10+ years in software development, with a strong focus on Python and Oracle databases
Expertise in SQL, Oracle, Python/Spark, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Pandas, and CI/CD practices
Solid understanding of database performance tuning and best practices
Demonstrated success in leading development teams and managing complex projects
Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
