Responsibilities
Planning and management of annual budget for the IT department
Cost estimation, budget allocation, and progress management for IT projects
Preparation and presentation of budget reports to management
Management of vendor contracts and procurement processes
Analysis and evaluation of ROI (Return on Investment) for IT investments
Strategic planning and execution for cost reduction
Qualification
Required
Practical experience in IT budget management or financial management (3 years or more)
Experience using budget management tools
Basic IT knowledge (fundamental understanding of IT infrastructure and system development)
Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, etc.)
Preferred
Finance-related certifications (e.g., Bookkeeping Level 2, CPA, CFA, etc.)
IT-related certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISA, etc.)
Data analysis skills (e.g., SQL, Python, R, etc.)
English proficiency (when communicating with overseas vendors or global teams)
Financial management tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
Project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
Data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
IT asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Snow, etc.)
