Responsibilities
Responsible for execution of multiple projects and coordination of machining activities
Ability to produce programs for the CNC machines
Running multiple CNC machines simultaneously
Must be a self-starter with minimal need for supervision
Must be team oriented
Ensure machining tasks are executed in the most effective manner regarding time, cost and function
Ensure internal quality checks are conducted prior to release and/or shipment
Coordinate with Machining Manager to follow work schedules and labor requirements for assigned jobs
Coordinates work requirements utilizing drawings, customer specifications and manuals as necessary
Champions company policies and procedures
Ensures compliance with safety procedures and practices good housekeeping
Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of equipment
All other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
Specific experience with Haas CNC vertical milling machines
Proficient in MasterCam 2D & 3D or equivalent
3-10 year minimum CNC experience
1-3 years minimum programming experience 2D & 3D
Proficient in lathe work a plus
Willingness to work up to 50 hours per week on a regular basis
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
