They are seeking a Specialist HR Data, People Analytics & Controlling to help turn data into strategic decisions that shape the careers and experiences of their employees.

Responsibilities

Identify, structure, and collect data across the entire employee lifecycle and build a 'People Data Warehouse', combining data from our global HRIS and data from other systems

Analyze people and financial data, including workforce costs, and prepare standard & customized reports to identify trends, detect and evaluate patterns, opportunities, and risks

Drive initiatives to optimize the hire-to-retire processes, enhance employee experience, and help to implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality

Support CSRD-compliant annual reporting for 'S1 Own Workforce' and ESG-reporting formats (e.g., Ecovadis). Maintain the Bilfinger Global HR risk controlling matrix and support the information preparation for the Annual General Meeting

Define KPIs for workforce productivity, utilization, and cost efficiency. Build predictive models to forecast organizational outcomes, workforce costs, and enable strategic workforce planning

Assist in functional budgeting process, including cost planning, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure alignment with corporate financial targets and provide transparency on people-related spend
