Perform various financial / valuation / modeling analysis
Assist in due diligence of potential investment projects
Assist in composing investment memorandums
Assist in the execution and financing of transactions

Required

The candidates should be available to start from December 2025 or January 2026 and work on-site in Beijing or Shanghai for at least 3 months
Junior / senior undergraduate or master's student, with outstanding academic record
Strong understanding of fundamental business analysis
Superior analytical and financial modeling skills
Exceptional written, interpersonal, and communication skills with attention to detail
Team player with a maturity that enables the candidate to contribute to a collaborative and constructive work environment
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese

Preferred

Prior internship experience in leading investment banks or private equity firms (candidates with return offer preferred)
