Field Service Support Technician (MSP Experience Required)
Bowman Williams is a long-established technology company with a growing Managed Services division. They are seeking a highly motivated Field Service Support Technician to provide onsite IT support to managed services clients across New York City and the tri-state area, focusing on client satisfaction and technical support for various technologies.

Responsibilities
Deliver onsite IT support for managed services clients in a professional and customer-focused manner
Support Microsoft-based environments and core business applications
Assist with PC builds, hardware refreshes, and network equipment deployments
Participate in client onboarding and new user setup
Work within a ticketing system to document issues, resolutions, and time
Qualification
Required
1+ years of onsite or field service IT support experience
MSP experience is required
Strong hands-on experience building and supporting desktops and laptops
Experience supporting Microsoft environments
Proficiency with ConnectWise or a similar MSP ticketing system
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must have a reliable vehicle for onsite travel (mileage, parking, and standard servicing reimbursed; company vehicle possible after probationary period)
Must be accessible to Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens
Minimum of 3 years of onsite support experience
