Senior NetSuite Consultant

Responsibilities
Simultaneously manage 1–3 (or more) client projects and oversee 3–5 engagements at varying stages of implementation
Be hands-on with keyboard work, client-facing responsibilities, solution design, and handling escalations directly
Lead all phases of NetSuite implementation including solutioning, requirements gathering, documentation, buildout, validation/demos, testing, and user training
Identify and manage new accounts, nurture existing relationships, assess customer needs, and lead the full cycle of NetSuite solution deployment
Conduct training and mentoring sessions for junior consultants to support their growth and ensure quality project delivery
Develop deep expertise in Appficiency’s project delivery methodology and ensure its consistent and effective application
Gain and maintain strong proficiency in NetSuite functionalities, configurations, and industry-standard business practices
Identify and address non-standard business processes by recommending tailored, effective solutions
Assist clients in designing and implementing scalable and efficient enterprise architecture
Collaborate in the design, development, testing, and support of integrations between client business systems and NetSuite
Troubleshoot and deliver innovative solutions to client challenges within the NetSuite platform
Able to work onsite for a client based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA (20-30% Travel Requirement)
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in NetSuite implementation projects
Experience with SaaS solutions, IT systems, software, or specific business models (e.g., distribution, manufacturing, retail, media, and advertising)
At least 1-2 years of experience managing direct reports, with proven leadership and team management skills
A Bachelor's and MBA degree in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven ability to develop and maintain profitable, referenceable customer relationships
Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align client business pain points with solutions and implementation strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Adaptability to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities
Familiarity with cloud computing technologies
Willingness to travel to client locations as required
Preferred
Extensive knowledge of NetSuite modules such as Financials First, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), SuiteBilling, Subscription Management, Multi-Book Accounting, Multi-Currency Handling (OneWorld), and Project-Based Accounting
Extensive experience with construction ERP systems like Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Sage 300 Construction, Viewpoint Vista (Trimble), Jonas Premier, Acumatica, and CMiC
Deep knowledge of construction ERP modules, including Project Management, Job Costing and Estimation, Financial Management, Procurement and Inventory Management, HR, and Equipment and Asset Management
