Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day general accounting activities and month‑end close processes

Lead preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with IFRS

Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and internal controls

Manage account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial documentation

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision‑making

Analyze financial performance, revenue trends, and cost drivers across the business

Prepare executive‑level reporting packages and performance dashboards

Oversee revenue recognition processes and ensure compliance with applicable standards

Provide insights into revenue performance, margin trends, and business unit profitability

Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve forecasting accuracy and financial visibility

Manage accounting and reporting across international entities

Ensure compliance with IFRS, local statutory requirements, and global accounting policies

Support and oversee transfer pricing processes and documentation

Collaborate with external advisors on international tax and compliance matters

Lead and mentor a distributed accounting/finance team, including remote employees

Establish clear goals, workflows, and accountability structures

Foster a culture of accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Required

8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience

Strong knowledge of IFRS and international accounting standards

Experience with transfer pricing required

Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development

Preferred

Background combining public accounting and corporate finance preferred; strong corporate-only backgrounds will be considered with relevant IFRS experience

CPA or equivalent credential strongly preferred
