MSK Infotek is seeking an Office 365 Admin to manage and support their IT infrastructure. The role involves administering Microsoft Intune, implementing security measures, and providing helpdesk support for end-users.

Responsibilities
Administer Microsoft Intune for Windows, iOS, and Android devices
Deploy compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application packages
Manage Windows Autopilot for device provisioning and streamlined enrollment
Implement and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint for protection and threat detection
Collaborate with security teams on Microsoft Purview (data governance) and Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM)
Monitor and remediate non-compliant devices to maintain security standards
Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Respond to user requests via Jira tickets and email
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including:
Device setup, Intune enrollment, and application configuration
VPN, Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 access setup
Secure data handling for departing staff
Coordinate vendor service calls and assist telecom/network technicians
Support on-site network and security deployments as needed
Maintain accurate documentation for procedures, troubleshooting, and SOPs
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff
Manage multiple priorities while meeting SLAs and deadlines
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Defender, Purview, Sentinel, Azure AD, and Office 365
Administer Microsoft Intune for Windows, iOS, and Android devices
Deploy compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application packages
